Greetings Earthlings, Last year, some of our year 7 and 8 pupils visited Calvert Kielder on a weekend residential and adventure trip. Pupils learned about astronomy attending seminars led by scientists from the Dark Skies Project. Celebration of International Women’s Day To help celebrate International Women’s Day 2021, Northumberland County Council have their annual competition for schools. We have entered this before and attended presentation events in Morpeth. This year there is a new category called ‘Digital Project’. The categories for different competitions are as follows: Art – Produce a drawing of inspirational women from Northumberland.
