The whole of KS2 had a great time at the Tyne Theatre last Thursday where they enjoyed this year’s festive pantomime – Peter Pan! Lauchlan was one of four members of Hexham Judo Club who took part in a competition in Newcastle in November. Clubs came from as far away from Scotland to compete. Lauchlan had three fights, and after a hard fall in the first fight, he recovered well for his next two fights and finished the day with a well-deserved bronze. Well
On Tuesday, our Year 6 boys participated in a multi-school football competition. They played against teams from across the local area. Year 8 had a fantastic day at the Life Science Centre in Newcastle on Monday. The pupils spent the day exploring the centre including a visit to the planetarium.
