Year 5 were lucky enough to have a day at the panto in Newcastle yesterday. They visited the Tyne Theatre to see this year’s festive pantomime, Snow White. The children absolutely loved it (as did the staff!) and I hear there was laughter and singing all round! I am so pleased that Year 5 had such a good day. Year

Our PTA held the first of two Pop-Up Shops today and – wow – it was a busy one! The pupils loved visiting the shop and purchasing gifts for their loved ones. Thank you so much for joining us for our PTA Festive Forest Evening last night. What a great start to the festive season it was! We loved seeing lots of families enjoying a wide range of festive crafts. Our forest school was so busy with the fire lit for s’mores and outdoor woodland crafts. The festive atmosphere was a joy!
Yesterday, Year 7 enjoyed a visit from ‘Why Queue?’ who delivered an engaging performance focused on sustainable transport. We could hear the laughter around the corridors and it sounded like everyone enjoyed the performance.
