Mr Barry’s Sports Round-Up: Y7 Football

The Year 7 boys team were recently in national cup action against Benfield. The boys started brightly and put the opposition under pressure from the start. That pressure paid off when a James S effort deflected in: 1-0 Hexham.  After Alex M had a goal ruled out for offside Benfield went up the other end and scored the equaliser… 1-1.

Languages Bake Off

KS3 Geography Homework: Year-long Project

Peter J Murray Visit

We are extremely excited to announce that friend of the school and hugely popular children’s author Peter J Murray will be coming to visit HMS on 30 September 2019. He’ll be delivering presentations to both Key Stages launching his new book Poppy Warrior followed by a book signing on 1 October 2019. Letters with more details will be coming out
