Yesterday we had the Y6 Euros final between Croatia and Czech Republic. In an end-to-end game the team of Croatia, captained by Ollie G, were victorious. It was a great game all round with Star of the match being awarded to Archie! Halle performed brilliantly and Oliver B and Harry J were stand outs for the Czech Republic! Well done
Students enjoyed their Afternoon Tea yesterday in socially distanced year group bubbles, purchased with their hard-earned P-Points! Mrs Curry was delighted to join them!

Year 7 have completed their technical challenge in Food Technology this week! They have made shortcrust pastry from scratch, rolled it out, cut it into four and made triangular shaped pasties filled with a filling of their choice. We have seen some fantastic results and wonderful flavours including pork, potato and onion, steak and cheese, spinach and feta and tomato,
We are delighted to say that the results are in from the UK Junior Mathematics Challenge and our Year 8 pupils have done extremely well once again. This challenge is taken by children nationally and we are very proud of our pupils’ achievements. 14 children were awarded Bronze, 14 were awarded a Silver Certificate and one, Joe E, was awarded
Starting next week, we will be running the HMS Euros! This will take place with teams of 6. Each team must include at least one boy or girl. The teams must enter by completing a form.
