Today our Year 8 pupils attended a series of workshops at SafetyWorks! in Benwell, Newcastle. Included in the series of sessions were safety workshops on organised crime, drugs, alcohol, antisocial fires, trespassing and also county lines. It was really interesting and the children got lots out of each session.
An application for a grant from the Venator Bright Ideas Fund has been shortlisted for a public vote. The HMS entry now appears on the Venator Community Fund website.
