On Wednesday, the Year 7 Boys’ Football Squad played their first fixtures of the season against Ponteland A & B and Ovingham A & B. Their attitude and effort was exemplary throughout. Our school meal theme days have continued with a celebration of the humble apple. Our pupils were offered a seasonal treat of toffee or chocolate coated apples, which proved to be very popular!
On Sunday evening, our group returned from their weekend in Manchester and what a weekend it was! From start to finish, the children engaged brilliantly in every opportunity and we never stopped! Do you want to help with our 2023 Remembrance Display in school? Pupils and parents/carers are invited to get creative to design and make your own poppy. Designs could include: Knitted or crocheted products Poppies made from card, paint, tissue paper, fabric Use of upcycled products Red, white or purple poppies.
