Year 7 Boys’ Football

On Wednesday, the Year 7 Boys’ Football Squad played their first fixtures of the season against Ponteland A & B and Ovingham A & B. Their attitude and effort was exemplary throughout. We were delighted to see our food bank donations being collected this week. Thank you to the Year 7 pupils for helping to load up the van.  The first half term of the year has been fantastic. Creative Craft Club

Our pupils have had great fun creating scrunchies in creative craft club. Our Year 7 pupils were teaching the Year 8 children how to make them – great collaboration! 

Festive Forest Experience – Save the Date!

We are so excited to announce that the PTA will be hosting the second ‘Festive Forest Evening’ on Tuesday 5th December. Last year’s event was a huge success and we can’t wait to kickstart the festive season once again!  The event is for all of the family to attend together to enjoy an evening of festive crafts both in school

Apple Day

Our school meal theme days have continued with a celebration of the humble apple. Our pupils were offered a seasonal treat of toffee or chocolate coated apples, which proved to be very popular!

Manchester Experience Tour

On Sunday evening, our group returned from their weekend in Manchester and what a weekend it was! From start to finish, the children engaged brilliantly in every opportunity and we never stopped! Remembrance Day – Make Your Own Poppy

Do you want to help with our 2023 Remembrance Display in school?  Pupils and parents/carers are invited to get creative to design and make your own poppy. Designs could include: Knitted or crocheted products  Poppies made from card, paint, tissue paper, fabric  Use of upcycled products Red, white or purple poppies. Poppies can be brought into school on Monday 6
