The assemblies are always a chance to reflect positively on the term and to recognise the achievements of our amazing pupils. The HMS Chamber Choir were privileged to visit Acomb Court Care Home and Haltwhistle War Memorial Hospital today where they performed a range of Christmas songs for the residents and patients. Emotional health and wellbeing – free online courses are now available for parents, carers, grandparents and teens!  The aim is to nurture emotional health and wellbeing from bump to 19+ years. Head of School Awards

Congratulations to the winners of this month’s ‘Head of School Awards’. The theme this month was generosity which has been our character education focus for this half term. It was a joy to invite the winners to a special breakfast on Friday morning to celebrate their achievements. I was very proud of all of the children nominated. Well done everyone!
