Year 7 NSB Rugby 7’s tournament Here we had another inexperienced side, many playing their first games of rugby. After defeat in their first game, HMS quickly learned from the experience and went on to draw and win the next games, growing in confidence and finishing 3rd in the group, qualifying for the final of the bowl competition against hosts NSB.

Year 8 Girls Football

Football Update Our Year 8 girls played brilliantly against Corbridge Middle last week and won 5-0. Two goals each for Grace B and Rose C and one for Ella H – a superb team effort! Aspire Week

As part of our careers education and raising aspiration programme, we have had a series of workshops in school this week. Pupils have engaged brilliantly across the week. Cyber Security Finals

This week we took four pupils to the Regional Technology Centre (RTC) North in Sunderland for the Cyber First Girls’ Regional Competition. Bikeability

Spring Games

Mr Cameron and his team are pleased to announce the return of our ‘Spring Games’ House Competition.
