Last week the Year 8 boys, Year 8 girls and for the first ever time the Year 7 girls have been in rugby action. On Thursday the Year 7 boys were in Champions Cup action in a competition against some of the top teams in the area! They won their first three games brilliantly, scoring a huge number of tries.
Hexham was recently voted the ‘happiest place in the UK’ in a survey which asked people how happy they are where they live, based on 12 happiness factors, across 194 areas in Great Britain. Hexham Middle School is supporting Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 13 December 2019. Pupils can come to school in normal school uniform with a Christmas jumper in place of their normal school sweatshirt. The suggested donation is £1.00. Money raised will be donated to Save the Children and West Northumberland Food Bank.

On Thursday 28 November 2019, 12 pupils took part in the HMS House Bake Off to raise money for Children In Need.
