Last day blues had kicked in when Mr Gaines sent his final update of the week…
It has been a tremendous week in Les Menuiers. It is always a great pleasure to visit the Skilt Hotel and have a week in the mountains – the views and clean air are great for the soul!
Everyone has risen to the challenge of being away from home and learning a new skill this week – the whole team have been very proud of them all. Many have skied slopes they would never have believed they would conquer at the beginning of the week. Some have pushed themselves by jumping in the terrain park and most tried to speak a little French while out shopping in the town.
Mr Gaines would like to thank Mrs Barnett, Mr Drummond and Mr Whitfield for going ‘above and beyond’ this week. It has been a real team effort and it has made the trip a huge success! We can’t wait to visit again next year.
