It was a packed itinerary for day three in London. The group enjoyed visiting Parliament Square, Whitehall and Downing Street (ahead of the General Election yesterday). The sightseeing continued with a visit to Horse Guard’s Parade, St James’ Park and Green Park. The afternoon saw the group head to the National Computer Museum for a guided tour. The day was wrapped up nicely with a delicious meal at the Westfield Centre. As the group returned to the hotel, they enjoyed a walk through Wembley Park and had a photo outside the iconic stadium where AC/DC were playing live!
Day four started with sunshine as the group had a great breakfast before jumping on the coach for a day at Thorpe Park. It was a fantastic day and everyone enjoyed the day together, whether they were winning prizes on stalls (look out for these coming home!) or enjoying the rollercoasters and rides! The group loved their day! The final night in the city included a meal at Pizza Hut.
There’s still plenty planned for the final day before the group heads back up north for the return journey!
