After arriving safely from their early morning flight, the group settled in and got straight out into the glorious Spanish sunshine!
Day 1 in Spain saw the group visit the city of Tarragona which is famous for its Roman amphitheatre and Gothic Cathedral. The pupils had the chance to look around the historic city centre, Part Alta. The group then travelled to their hotel in Calafell, before visiting the local beach. The group enjoyed the Mediterranean sunshine and breeze! At the end of the day, there was a three-course meal back at the hotel and a chance to unpack properly – everyone was ready for bed!
Day 2 sees the group visiting Montserrat and travelling into Barcelona for the day! How lucky!
