As part of Mr Barry’s Business Design Project, Year 8 planned Design Concepts for a ‘Better Britain,’ in the current Covid’19 climate. Miss Lawton’s favourite were spray-on gloves for NHS workers which dissolved in water, but protected staff from viral infections – amazing idea Esme! Sam and Felix delivered a great pitch with an ‘anti-viral screen protection’ for phones. Anna’s ’emotional barometer’ for pets at home raised a lot of smiles. Fab ideas by everyone and some very confident pitches – well done 8SLA!
