The Year 7 Science Club are delighted to have been selected to be one of the judging panels for this year’s Royal Society Young People’s Book Prize. The prize aims to inspire young people to read about science and promotes the writing of excellent, accessible STEM books for under-14s. The prize is unique in that the winner is selected by judging panels made up of young people across the country.
Science Club members are busy judging the books based on the following criteria: ease of reading, look and feel, interest and inspiration! The overall winner won’t be announced until November 2019.
