During this week in the lead up to Remembrance Sunday we have had our assemblies to show our respect to those that have lost their lives or suffered injuries in past or present conflicts. A number of our pupils are also involved in services taking place this Sunday in the local community.
Over 800 poppies have been made by pupils and staff across the whole school and have then been made into a display alongside the war memorial in Fellside Hall. A special thank you to all those that have contributed to the display including Mr Carney (Art Teacher) who took artistic lead in the design.
Pictured above with Halle (Head Pupil) is Tom Gillanders (Hexham Town Mayor), who took the time to visit our display and talk to Halle who is also attending a service this Sunday.
Lest we forget!
