Miss Taylor was very excited to take a group of keen artists to York last week. The group visited the Vincent Van Gogh Immersive Experience which was an awe-inspiring experience – everyone absolutely loved it! The pupils were immersed in Van Gogh’s work – getting KS2 ready for their Year 7 studies and allowing KS3 to bring their learning to life!
After the session, the pupils visited the York Art Gallery and enjoyed the varied exhibitions on display. They enjoyed the sunshine in the Museum Gardens for lunch outside. It was an inspiring day of art learning and we are very grateful to Miss Taylor for planning the opportunity.
