This week as part of our celebrations for the Lunar New Year, pupils in Mandarin Club learnt how to make traditional chinese dumplings.
They were able to prepare the ingredients and filling then were shown how to fold the dumplings. We quickly learnt that there are many ways to do this. Pupils also learnt about why dumplings were such an important aspect of life in China. They worked as a team and used their listening and speaking skills to support each other.
