HMS were in athletics action at the School Cup. 22 athletes travelled to Gateshead stadium to compete in the first event of the season. The competition is always tough as we are one of the few state schools to participate. Each time and distance is converted to a point score, the school with the highest points total wins the competition. HMS boys came 6th overall and HMS girls came 8th overall.
